Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel

Loved our 4 nights here. The room we had included a safe, television and a mini bar fridge.

It had very central location close to El Cangrejo. My room included climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television.

I stayed here 1 night and I liked it. I was offered a room with good views out of the large room window.

Every detail in this hotel was great, I loved staff and rooms. The rooms were brand-new with all necessary amenities.

This fairly clean hotel has a friendly reception. Bright room and friendly communication with the staff. The pool area is good too. Great area, very central location short walk to the metro.

My 1 night in Panama City were just perfect.

The staff was pleasant & exceptional. The pool was great and I had welcome drinks in the roof top bar. Got ironing for free, didn't expect that.

The breakfast was different there, the beds were lovely, all you need for a very delightful stay. Hotel was clean. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was decent! We got a warm room and exemplary service.

The venue is relaxing and good standard, its location is magnificent, not far from metro station.

Their breakfast is not cheap, can definitely be improved.

I had a nice stay. Contemporary hotel, the staff were all knowledgeable and decent and the location was unbeatable near a metro. I loved the room with a balcony, my bed was extremely comfy. The food was outstanding and the bar was great.

Hip new place to stay while in Panama City. There was a beautiful lobby. Very central location, fine breakfast. The hotel staff was brilliant and knowledgeable. There was a nice pool on site too.

The staff were always pleasant, GOOD food served for breakfast. And it also had fantastic view. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful. Perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars. I went to a clean restaurant and enjoyed the authentic dishes.

Brilliant location and exceptional service. The room was quite and the bed was fine. I visited an attached restaurant and liked the Asian meals they offer.

Quite helpful staff, friendly location, fashionable rooms. The American breakfast had lots of food. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay. The provided service was impeccable too. Neat and very chic hotel in Bella Vista district.

The location was easy, the breakfast was delightful and staff were eager to help. Excellent view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. Walking distance to the fantastic beach. We loved an amazing restaurant. Efficient check-in. What's more, the parking on-site was a nice bonus.

Well, the bathroom was quite small and Wi-Fi was terrible.

The accommodation was pretty standard, pool was heated, beds were wonderfully comfortable. Found in a beautiful area. Btw, went to city center, located within walking distance of the hotel. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was fast.

Comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. The hotel was located not far from touristic places such as el cangrejo. California kitchen pub is a few steps away from the venue...

We could have lunch in El Trapiche set within 300 feet. The hotel met requirements: )
